Multiple psychologist roles available in exciting new Lindfield practice focusing on ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder and trauma.

Are you keen to join a warm, friendly and professional team in Lindfield on Sydney’s north shore?

We’re looking for early-to-mid-career AHPRA-registered psychologists (general/clinical/ forensic) and/or provisional psychologists close to registration to join our brand-new mental health service in Lindfield, Sydney.

We specialise in the treatment of emotion dysregulation and are looking for psychologists who can connect with complex, ‘hard to treat’ clients who may be neurodiverse or highly anxious. We receive much of our work through psychiatrists and GPs who have a special interest in mental health, trauma and/or forensic issues.

The roles are open to both permanent employees and contractors. Full-time, part-time and hybrid working options are available. Salaries will match qualifications and experience.

  3. Access to our full-time reception team, online check-in and paperless client management system.

  4. Combination of formal and informal supports to provide ‘wraparound’ support for you, which will fuel you and remind you why you do this incredible work.

  5. Daily, weekly and monthly check-ins, regular peer supervision and professional development opportunities, all designed to foster a great culture.

  6. An invitation to attend our annual off-site meeting/retreat (for reflection, planning and team bonding).

  7. Free allocated undercover parking space.
