We’re Helping Humans Thrive… and our name is both our brand and what we do best!

Established by Principal Psychologist and board-approved supervisor Alison Lenehan, Helping Humans Thrive is a new practice that utilises a dialectical approach to what we do. Our practice model fosters a culture of trust and proactive problem solving. We seek to be candid, fostering alignment and a shared vision with regular check-ins. Our robust internal support system empowers our team to feel and function at their best.

About you

What we’re looking for.

  • Registered psychologists with AHPRA (full registration/ clinical psychology registrar)

  • Experience working with clients with high emotional needs, including emotionally sensitive and treatment-resistant individuals.

  • A proven track record of building a strong rapport and trust with clients.

  • An innovative thinker who thrives on creating tailored, person-centred treatment plans in line with best practice interventions.

** Note: we are open to receiving applications from interns who will be applying for full registration with AHPRA strictly within 3 months
