Maddi is a Senior Dietitian renowned for her expertise in helping clients address complex nutritional challenges with compassion and evidence-based strategies.

With extensive experience working with individuals navigating emotional eating, disordered eating patterns, and neurodiversity, Maddi excels in helping her clients develop a sustainable way to care for their physical, mental and emotional health. She integrates a holistic approach, recognising the connection between diet, mood, and behaviour. With a lived experience of disordered eating and ADHD, Maddi’s passion lies in empowering clients to ditch the mental acrobatics around food and create long-lasting habits that align with their unique needs and lifestyles.

Maddi inspires her clients to embrace a more inclusive, compassionate and empowering approach to wellness and their bodies.
